Yes. A GoPro Wireless Mic Transmitter can connect directly via Bluetooth to supported devices, including MISSION 1 Series, HERO13 Black, HERO12 Black, MAX2, and compatible smartphones.

When connected to MISSION 1 cameras, the transmitter supports high-fidelity Super Wideband (SWB) speech audio. Note that Bluetooth connections support one transmitter at a time.

The GoPro Wireless Mic System captures clearer, more focused voice audio than built-in camera microphones.

By placing the mic closer to the speaker, it reduces background noise from wind, crowds, and movement. It also uses dedicated audio technology to enhance speech clarity and consistency, making it ideal for recording dialogue in dynamic environments.

The GoPro Wireless Mic System is compatible with:

GoPro cameras (via Media Mod, USB adapter, or Bluetooth)

MISSION 1 Series cameras

Smartphones (via Bluetooth or adapters)

DSLR and mirrorless cameras (via TRS connection)

This makes it a flexible solution for creators using multiple devices.

The GoPro Wireless Mic System is ideal for:

Vlogging and social media content

Interviews and podcasts

Travel videos

Action sports commentary

Tutorials and on-the-go filming

It enables clear voice recording while allowing you to move freely during filming.

The GoPro Wireless Mic System stands out for its compact, lightweight design and portability.

It is easy to carry, quick to set up, and designed for creators who need reliable audio on the go. Combined with GoPro’s ecosystem compatibility, it delivers high-quality sound in a small, travel-friendly form factor.
